Do users need an account?

No for the first 50 guest packet credits. A registered account receives 200 total free credits. Free and purchased balances do not expire or reset each month.

Does StablePayOps verify payments?

No. The tool can fetch public chain facts, but users and their professionals must verify identity, business purpose, tax treatment, and compliance obligations.

Can it connect to wallets?

Not in the MVP. Public tx hash lookup and read-only address monitoring are safer and enough to validate demand.

How does this make money?

The free tool builds trust. Registered customers can add 100 permanent packet credits for each $1 paid, while managed review and workflow setup remain separate services.

How do referral rewards work?

Each account receives a unique referral link. When a referred user buys credits, the referrer receives 10% of the purchased quantity as permanent platform credits. Rewards are single-level and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
