What the US$99 service includes

Scope
Up to five agreed public pages
Method
Source checks plus specialist verification
Target
48 hours after payment is matched

The deliverable is a PDF diagnostic report, with a time-limited secure web version, containing verified evidence, user impact, WCAG reference points and developer-ready remediation priorities. The report is a technical diagnostic—not certification, a complete conformance audit or legal advice.

The free checker retrieves one public HTML page and examines a limited set of high-confidence source patterns. It displays a total and no more than two examples. It does not perform a complete rendered-page or legal review.

Customer responsibilities

The customer must be authorised to request testing of the submitted public URLs, provide accurate contact and country information, and review recommendations before deploying changes. SiteCheck does not test private systems, bypass access controls or determine legal liability.

Payment, delivery and cancellation

Orders receive a unique SiteCheck order ID. Customers may pay through Wise or PayPal; SiteCheck does not collect card or bank credentials. If the provider offers a reference or note field, use the order ID. The 48-hour target starts only after the payment is matched to that order.

A target is not a guaranteed deadline when access, scope or customer information is incomplete, or when events outside reasonable control prevent review. SiteCheck will communicate material delays using the submitted email address.

To cancel, email the order ID promptly. If specialist work has not started, SiteCheck will normally cancel the order and arrange any available refund. After work starts, refund eligibility depends on work completed and applicable mandatory rights. Nothing on this page limits non-waivable consumer rights.

Data handling

SiteCheck stores the information needed to run the requested scan or order: name, email, business name, public URLs, website/operator country, industry, notes, order status, payment provider and reference, report content, operational email events and first-party service events such as page views, scan starts, order starts, payment-button clicks, matched payments and delivered reports. Security logs may include IP address and request timing. Payment credentials remain with Wise or PayPal.

Purposes

Data is used to retrieve requested public pages, create and deliver diagnostics, match payments, communicate about orders, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, measure the service funnel and maintain an auditable service record. SiteCheck does not use advertising cookies or sell submitted personal information.

Active paid, in-review and ready orders are not removed by automated retention. Records may be retained longer when reasonably necessary for security, disputes, tax/accounting obligations or other mandatory law.

Providers and international processing

SiteCheck uses dedicated hosting infrastructure, Resend for transactional email, and Wise or PayPal for payment. These providers may process data in countries different from the customer’s country under their own terms and safeguards. SiteCheck does not sell submitted personal information.

Access, correction and deletion

Email wyht@hxcarbon.com with the relevant order ID to request access, correction or deletion. Identity or authority may need to be verified. Some records may be retained where mandatory law or a live dispute requires it.

Accessibility of SiteCheck

SiteCheck aims to support keyboard navigation, visible focus, zoom and reflow, programmatic labels, live status messages and reduced-motion preferences. If any part of the website or delivered report is difficult to use, email accessibility feedback with the page, assistive technology and problem encountered. A reasonable alternative format will be considered.

This statement is not a certification claim. The service website is reviewed and improved as defects are found.
